From the north of Graven-Tosk, lies a walking corpse not undead but  a living pale body. From the distance of 6 glowing eyes, fused 3 skulls in unison they can do almost anything. Even form the living 3 headed BASILISK HYDRA  while crawling on all 3s. they called it Carrion Vessel

You are the amalgamation of 3 souls controlling this pale body, you are also sharing the 3 memories to what lead you up to this fate from the 3 skulls? An attack gone wrong? A ritual that caused an arcane catastrophe? Or was it just fooling around with some Esoteric spellcaster that hated all 3 numbskulls.
